What safety measures are in place for Covid-19?

Beyond Monet is following the approved guidelines below:

  • Timed ticket sales to help reduce congestion and capacity.
  • Arrow markings to allow for separate entrance and exit directions.
  • Increased cleaning practices of high touch surfaces with approved cleaning products.
  • Multiple hand sanitizer stations throughout the exhibit and venue.
  • Contactless transactions only to lessen transmission risk.
  • Masks are required inside the venue.
Do I need to be vaccinated to attend Beyond Monet?

Effective 22 September 2021, in line with Ontarios Vaccine Certification Plan (Vaccine Passport), Beyond Monet patrons 12yrs of age and over will be required to provide Proof of Vaccination receipts showing both doses of one of Health Canadas approved vaccines administered at least 14 days prior to attending, along with valid government-issued identification for entry to the exhibition.  Patrons are recommended to visit to obtain a downloadable PDF Vaccination Receipt from Ontario Public Health or call the Provincial Vaccine Hotline at 1-833-943-3900 for assistance. Patrons whove obtained their double dose vaccinations out-of-Province, or in another country should be able to provide valid documentation from the local Public Health Authority where the vaccinations were administered.

Limited exemptions to this requirement that apply to Beyond Monet guests are:

  • First Nations and Indigenous people whose communities do not provide vaccination data to government databases.
  • Individuals under 12 years old.
  • Medical Exemptions  patrons with medical exemptions are permitted entry only by providing a letter of proof of their medical exemption. This proof must be written by a physician or a nurse practitioner.

    Where do I buy tickets?

    Do I have to print my ticket?

    Tickets can be printed or scanned directly from a mobile device.

    When should I arrive?

    Please ensure you arrive promptly at the start time as indicated on your ticket. We cannot guarantee entry for guests who arrive late

    Are tickets refundable?

    Tickets are non-refundable. Change of date or time requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled entry time shown on your ticket. A $6 rescheduling fee will apply.

    Is the show wheelchair accessible?

    Yes. Wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters are all permitted.

    Do you have wheelchairs available for rent?

    While we welcome all guests to use their own personal assistive devices, we do not have wheelchairs or scooters available for rent.

    Can I bring my service animal?

    Yes, we allow service animals such as guide dogs. No pets are permitted.

    Can I bring a stroller?

    Yes, strollers and babies are permitted.

    Can I bring a camera?

    Yes. Photos of the event are permissible. Video recording of the event is not allowed. Tripods are not allowed in the venue.
