Terms & Conditions

By accessing this Site you hereby accept without limitation or qualification these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Beyond Exhibitions Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Beyond Exhibitions”) reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, which you agree will also bind you. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions please refrain from continued use of the Site.

Privacy: Beyond Exhibitions complies with all relevant Privacy laws and regulations. All information on the use of information obtained from the visitors to the Site can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Tickets: All tickets are non-refundable. The holder of a valid ticket is admitted into the Exhibition on the condition that the ticketholder agrees, and by use of the ticket is therefore deemed to agree, to the Terms and Conditions of entry. The ticketholder acknowledges that any violation of these terms will entitle Beyond Exhibitions to seize or cancel the ticket, withdraw the license granted below, refuse admission, and/or expel a ticketholder. This may occur without payment of refund or any other compensation at the sole discretion of Beyond Exhibitions and its’ agents and partners. The ticketholder agrees that these Terms and Conditions are deemed to include any and all Covid-19 safety precautions which are deemed to be necessary in the sold discretion of Beyond Exhibitions. Beyond Exhibitions warrants that it will at all times be in compliance with any and all Covid-19 rules and regulations put in place by local governmental authorities.

Each ticket forms a personal, revocable license. Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets may not be honoured by Beyond Exhibitions. If a ticket is lost or destroyed, ticketholder should contact Beyond Exhibitions as soon as possible in order to arrange for the replacement of said tickets. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale without the express written permission of Beyond Exhibitions and in any case may not be resold at a price exceeding their face value. If Beyond Exhibitions is given reason to believe that tickets have been resold without the express written permission of Beyond Exhibitions, Beyond Exhibitions reserves the right to cancel said tickets without further notice as a breach of Terms and Conditions, and will not be responsible for any refund which may be requested as a result of and unapproved resale transaction.
The license may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time upon refunding the printed purchase price, including in the event of cancellation of the performance or exhibition.

Ticket-holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger of personal injury and hazards arising from or related in any way to the exhibition, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event and releases Beyond Exhibitions, its’ parent companies, partners, affiliates, agents, and employees from all liability.

Unaccompanied minor children may not enter the Exhibition without being accompanied by a supervising adult. In this instance, children are defined as under 16 years of age. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All children, even infants, require tickets to the exhibition. The accompanying adult ticketholder muse ensure that any minor children conduct themselves in an appropriate manner in a way that it not detrimental to the interests of Beyond Exhibitions, or that which is objectionable or disturbing to other patrons. Beyond Exhibitions reserves the right to request that minor children and the accompanying adult ticketholders who are not complying with this Condition exit the Exhibition space. In such circumstances refunds may or may not be offered at the discretion of Beyond Exhibitions and its’ agents.

Trademarks and Copyright: Except as noted below, all names, titles, trademarks, service marks and logos that appear on the Site are registered or unregistered marks of Beyond Exhibitions, or of its’ partners. You may not use any mark of Beyond Exhibitions or of its’ partners without prior, specific written permission. In addition, the trademarks of third parties that may appear on the Site from time to time may not be used without the prior, specific written permission of its’ owner. Beyond Exhibitions does not have the authority to grant any right of use on behalf of its’ third party partners.

Materials found on the Site are protected by copyright laws. Beyond Exhibitions retains all rights to these materials, and expressly prohibits the copying of any protected materials on this Site. Commercial use of any images, video or other such material found on the Site is specifically and expressly prohibited without prior, specific written permission from Beyond Exhibitions.

Warranty and Disclaimer: By utilizing the Site in any manner, you warrant that your use will be consistent with these Terms and Conditions. You agree to indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless Beyond Exhibitions and its’ partners, parent companies, owners, agents, and employees from any and all claims or causes of action which can reasonably be connected to your use of the Site. Beyond Exhibitions disclaims any and all warranties whether express or implied as to the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose of the content of the Site.

Beyond Exhibitions warrants that it will make reasonable and ongoing efforts to ensure prompt, continuous, secure and error free service on the Site however assumes no liability for any errors or omissions which may be contained herein. Further Beyond Exhibitions assumes no liability for any break in service or outage of the Site, nor any breach of security of the Site or breach of privacy outside of the control of Beyond Exhibitions. Beyond Exhibitions assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred that you or a third party may incur as a result of the unavailability of the site and assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages to computer equipment or other property arising from your use of the Site.

Limitation of Liability and Severability: Beyond Exhibitions, its’ parent companies, partners, affiliates, trustees, directors, officers, agents or employees shall not be liable for any damages, including and without limitation, any direct, indirect, compensatory, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site and its’ contents.

If any term or terms of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms and Conditions. Any legal dispute shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba.
